The state Convention is Friday, May 9th to Sunday, May 11th. The forms, including the Delegate form, medical form, permission form, and contest form, are due March 3rd. Along with these forms you must bring a check made out to Mr. Paul Early for $160. We have planned to take $20 off every delegate's cost, so you should get $20 back. Keep in mind, every delegate must take at least 2 tests and enter in at least one contest. Also, this weekend falls between the AP testing weeks. Take that into account when making a decision to attend.
Watch this video to beware of what NAWT to do to our fellow JCLers. National Convention information should be out soon. We encourage all members to attend. It is July 28 - August 2, and the cost is $400. It is held at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
The Massachusetts JCL Semiformal is planned for March 22nd in Boston at the John Handcock Convention Center. Tickets are $25 beforehand, $30 at the door. The times are 7:00 - midnight. If anyone is interested, see Chris Chan for details
Our President Christopher Chan attended the National JCL Convention in Knoxville, Tennessee in July, spending a week meeting amazing people and simply having a great time. He encourages all members to attend the State Convention in the spring, then the National Convention at Miami University, Ohio.
